Mike presented a creative solution to meet our need for another bathroom while acknowledging our budget constraints and taking measures to ensure that we would be able to afford the renovations. Mike discussed with is a possibility to add a bathroom in our existing master bedroom. Before and during construction, Mike constantly gave us ideas and shared his knowledge on how to enhance existing architecture, best incorporate new structure, and purchase affordable, reliable products.

When Mike began work, he seldom took a break, always left a tidy work environment, coordinated multiple contractors and completed construction within three weeks – unbelievable considering the scope of the project.

Our next home appraisal validated Mike’s expertise as the value of our home increased considerably – and paid for the project twice over. Not only are we thrilled with the increase in the value of our house, we are constantly grateful to have been able to add a beautiful bathroom and to enjoy a newly renovated master bedroom sweet. All friends and new visitors take a tour of the renovations and we constantly praise Mike’s efforts in creating a cost-effective, beautiful home transformation where other contractors were unable to deliver.

To Anyone Thinking of Hiring Cabana Construction:

My husband and I wanted to add a half bath to the basement of our 1927 house. Mike made it happen. He worked fast, professionally and with little interuption to our daily lives. I have never seen anyone enjoy his work more than he, except perhaps for the other Mike, you know that guy from Chicago. We were so happy with Mike's work that we hired him to install subway tiles to the main bathroom. WOW.

Without hesitation, we hired Cabana Construction again when the time came to update our kitchen. Mike was more than willing to keep with the 1920's bungalow style as much as possible. He found the best people and the best prices for everything. But for a snag with the cabinets which was NOT Mike's doing, he would have had it finished in a month or so. DON'T let anyone tell you kitchen renovations take 3-6 months.

We are confident in recommending Canbana Construction to anyone in need.
